OUTDOOR WATER RESTRICTIONS NOTICE:
Macomb Township has implemented a mandatory odd/even lawn watering restriction, effective May 15 through October 15.  Water customers with an address ending in an odd number are to water on odd calendar days and those with an address ending in an even number are to water on even calendar days. In addition, we require you to refrain from any outside water use between the hours of
5:00am - 11:00pm.  This will ensure adequate water pressure for potable use and fire protection.  If conditions warrant DWSD in conjunction with Macomb Township will impose mandatory water restrictions.  Macomb Township monitors system pressures 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to maintain a safe water system. Macomb Township Hall is open from 8:00a - 4:30p Monday - Friday

The 36 square miles of Macomb Township features beautiful and expansive residential subdivisions surrounded by rural farmland and generous expanses of rolling countryside.  As one of the fastest growing municipalities in the state, Macomb Township presents a tremendous opportunity for developing businesses, and for providing our residents with a high quality of life.

Just 20 miles North of Detroit, Macomb Township is a mix of tranquil agricultural land
with sprawling subdivisions.  This has made Macomb Township one of the most
desirable locations throughout the Detroit metropolitan area.

With our prime real estate for development and outstanding atmosphere, the township’s growth trend
will continue for years to come.  Macomb Township is currently developing the new Macomb TownCenter area.  This project will not only include residential options, but will also provide shopping, dining, and recreational facilities.
