How to Register for MTPR Programs?
1. On-Line Registration by logging in at register.macomb-mi.gov
2, Walk-In Registration at the Macomb Township Recreation Center
3. Mail-In Registration using the US Postal Service
1. If you have a Recreation Center Membership your Household Account is already setup in our registration software. You WILL have to click “Reset Password” the next time you “Sign In”.
2. If you DO NOT have a Recreation Center Membership follow the instructions below;
a. Go to register.macomb-mi.gov and click the “Sign In” button located in the middle of the page
b. Click the “Create Account” button and follow the instructions to set-up your new Household Account. You will utilize your email address and create a password to use for future "Sign In".
3. If you choose NOT to use a computer to set-up your Household Account, you may visit our friendly staff at the Macomb Township Recreation Center to assist you. Please consider having the Household Information Form already filled out before arriving to the recreation center. You can download this form by clicking here.
Online, Walk-In & Mail-In: Macomb Township Residents may begin registering for Winter Programs on Monday, January 2 at 6:00am. If registering online you must have your account password to do so. If you have mailed your registration and the class is full, you will be notified.
Open Registration begins Wednesday, January 4 at 6:00am. Registrations will be taken daily up until one hour prior to the facility closing.
We accept cash, check (no checks for birthday parties) & credit card payments (Visa & MasterCard only). Credit card payments are accepted at the Front Desk or Online ONLY. A driver’s license will be required for ALL transactions.
If you want a confirmation receipt e-mailed to you please indicate this on your registration form & ensure your e-mail address has been included on your registration form.
No participant shall, on the basis of race, sex, creed, national origin, or disability, be denied equal access to programs, activities, services or benefits. We welcome the participation of persons with disabilities in our programs and facilities. Please complete the special needs portion on our registration form when registering if you or your child needs special accommodations. To allow sufficient time to coordinate program inclusion and make reasonable accommodations, please register at least two weeks prior to the program start date.
Macomb Township Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel a program due to a low enrollment or circumstances arising out of its control. If a program is cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund.
Unless noted in a class description or other published material, customer-initiated refunds will be honored through the first class meeting. If the refund is requested as a household credit, which can be used toward future activities, the entire amount will be credited. If the original payment method was by check, a refund will not be processed until two weeks have passed from the date when the check was originally presented for payment. Refund checks will be mailed within 4 weeks. If the original payment method was by credit card, the refund will be processed as a credit back to the card. All customer-initiated refunds will incur a $10.00 processing fee.
Macomb Township Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel a program due to a lack of enrollment or circumstances arising out of its control. If a program is cancelled all registrants will be notified and a full refund of registration fees will be processed.
Trip/One-Day Event Refund Policy
No refunds on 1-day Trips, 1-day Events & 1-day Classes unless a replacement is found.
Special Events Refund Policy
There are no refunds for special events.
