Effective May 16, 2022, all plot plan and preliminary grade certificate submittals shall be made electronically.

Also, plot plans for lots within a platted subdivision or for units within a site condominium development shall be submitted in a format NO LARGER than 11”x17”. For scattered / acreage parcels, 18”x24” or 24”x36” formats are acceptable. Please see the Building Department Submittals webpage for more information
