HOA Resources

As presidents and board members of homeowner's associations, you have a direct line to the concerns of Macomb Township residents. As we continue to build our lines of communication, we want to ensure you have access to all resources to help your neighborhood. We look forward to building relationships with you and are available to assist you.

**The Township is unable to assist in enforcement of specific HOA bylaws.

Streetlights

Need a streetlight fixed in your neighborhood? Send an email to Charles Pierce at piercec@macomb-mi.gov or call the Clerk's Office at (586) 992-0710 ext. 3. Please be sure to include the address of the residence that the streetlight is in front of.

Road Issues/Complaints

We know each neighborhood has a handful of ordinances that are priorities for enforcements. You can brush up on all the ordinances and be armed with information by visiting Municode (External Link). We have materials available at Township Hall to leave with residents and make them aware of specific ordinances. You can also reach out to our enforcement team to help with enforcement in your community. You can call (586) 992-0710 ext. 1. or find more information on our Building/Code Enforcement webpage.

HOA Bylaws

We're looking to collect copies of bylaws from HOAs, giving residents and other HOA boards a resource for bylaws. If you'd like your bylaws added to our files, please send a copy to supervisor@macomb-mi.gov

HOA Contact Directory

We are currently working to establish and HOA contact director so residents will know who to contact with questions about a specific subdivision. If you would like your information included in this directory, please email supervisor@macomb-mi.gov
