If you are preparing for a Board of Review hearing, you must bring 3 copies of all information you would like the Board to consider. Copies will not be returned to you and copies will not be made when you arrive for your scheduled appointment time. Board of Review Petitions
Taxpayers may dispute their assessed and/or taxable values before the Board of Review. The Board of Review meets each year, beginning the second Monday in March. This is the one and only opportunity each year, which taxpayers may protest. Protests are heard for the current year only. Every taxpayer will receive an Assessment Notice by approximately March 1, each year. This notice will include the dates and times, which the Board of Review will be meeting. Hearings are held by appointment only.
