Usually, you must report those violations to a board member of your homeowners association. However, if the violation is also covered under Macomb Township Ordinance, you may report it to our Code Enforcement Officer at 586-992-0710.
You can find the most current flood insurance rate maps at the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Flood Map Service Center (MSC) website.
If it is the public sidewalk, you may contact the Facilities and Grounds Department using the Sidewalk Repair Form below. If it is determined the sidewalk needs to be replaced, we will coordinate with our sidewalk repair contractor to repair the sidewalk.
The Treasurer's Office is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Please note: You may pick up an absentee ballot application for a member of your household but you are not allowed to pick up another voter’s absentee ballot. The law requires the Clerk to mail the ballot to the voter’s registered address or that person may pick up their ballot in person at the Township Clerk’s office.

Before each board meeting two bill runs are printed. The first bill run (the "original list") is published a week before the meeting. The second bill run (the "additional list") is usually ready by 4:00pm the night of the meeting.
On March 1, all unpaid taxes will be forwarded as "delinquent" to the Macomb County Treasurer for payment, with additional penalties assessed by the Macomb County Treasurer's Department.
