Fees and Payments
Security Deposit
A $200 security deposit is required for rental by anyone who wishes to rent. This security deposit is due at the time of reservation. The return of this security deposit is contingent upon the state of cleanliness in which the facility is left after the rental.
Rental Fee
Macomb Township Residents: $300
Non-Residents: $375
Cancelation Policy
Rentals may be canceled up to two weeks prior to the reservation date with no penalty. Reservations cancelled within the 14 calendar days prior to the event will be subject to a $50 administration fee. The remaining refund balance will be issued 4-6 weeks after the cancellation request is approved.
