As the property owner, I choose to remedy the defective sidewalk adjacent to my property myself or through a private contractor.
Replacement will be completed by July 15, 2026, and I will obtain all necessary permits to be compliant with all Township technical and permitting requirements, along with notifying AEW at (586) 726-6695 before and after the sidewalk has been replaced.

This remittance must be submitted by July 15, 2026. If a remittance is not received by July 15, 2026, the Township contractor will proceed with replacement of sidewalks, and the property owner will be expected to pay the assessment.
