| Planning Department | The Planning Department reviews site development plans to insure compliance with the zoning and other general ordinances of the Township. |
| Supervisors Office | The Macomb Township Supervisor is responsible for the day to day oversight of all Township operations. It is an elected position and the Supervisor serves as Chairperson for the Board of Trustees. |
| Treasurers Office | The Treasurer's office is solely responsible for the receipt, deposit, control and disbursement of all receipts (taxes and all other revenues) of the Township on a daily basis. |
