This shallow water workout program combines water and weights for a thorough cross training experience. You will notice an increase in strength and cardiovascular fitness. This class caters to all fitness levels and beginners are encouraged to attend. It’s a great program for anyone and is particularly suited to those who experience minor joint, knee or back problems.

Water Aerobics Policies
Water aerobics classes are NOT interchangeable with any other class.
Participants will check in at the Front Desk AND in the Aquatic Center.
Participants will be allowed into the facility no sooner than 10 minutes prior to class starting.
